2) How To Purchase Your Products Online? How To Place An Online Order?
You can place an online order like you usually do with any online e-commerce website.
- First, choose the products you want to buy. Use your pincode option in the product page to know the approximate delivery time. Finalize what you want to buy.
- Then click the "add to cart" button and this will put all your products on the cart page. Now go to the cart page by clicking the cart icon shown in the website or by clicking here.
- Then, if you have any coupons (You can find them by clicking here), use them on the cart page to get some discounts. If you have any by Clicking Here or Call/WhatsApp our customer care number @ 8763822440., then use that partial payment option to get further extra discounts.
- Then click the checkout button. If you are new to our website, then it will ask for your account registration. Just fill in the form & then you will be taken to the checkout page. Don't be concerned about your privacy; we keep your data completely private with us only. For more information regarding our privacy policy, click here.
- If you are already logged in, then there is no need to register again (Also the registration page will not come up automatically) & after clicking on the checkout button, you will be redirected to the checkout section.
- Then put in your exact delivery details (Ensure that the address information is correct for a smooth delivery experience). You can write any delivery notes in the optional order notes section. Then choose your preferred payment method, then click on agreeing to all terms & conditions. And then click "PLACE ORDER".
- VOLLA !! Your order has been successfully placed and you will receive the product very soon. Just keep your patience and wait for the delivery.

How to pay for the online order?
On the checkout page you will fine various payment options.
If you choose “Pay with UPI QR Code”, then you can directly send payment using any UPI apps like Phonepe, Google Pay, Paytm etc. Remember that after choosing this option, follow the respective instructions given in the page. If you choose “Pay Via RazorPay”, then you can send payment using any debit card, credit card, UPI, wallet etc. If you choose “Cash On Delivery”, then you will need to pay the delivery person while receiving the product.
Is There Any EMI or No-Cost EMI Available?
Yes, the EMI option is available if you choose the “Pay Via RazorPay” payment option during checkout. Then choose the appropriate options in the respective page. Regarding No-Cost EMI, it is applicable to specific products only. You can find No-Cost EMI related offers on our offer page.

I am getting errors while placing orders.

When will the product be delivered?
If you are from the Balangir city, you will generally receive the product very fast (within a few hours or 1-2 days). If you are from any other city in India, the product will be delivered mostly within 3 to 7 days.
Please keep in mind that sometimes the delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, public holidays, heavy rain, etc.).
How to track my order?
Please go to the "Track Order" page to know the status of your products from our side. Once we dispatch your product, we will send you the relevant tracking code of the courier from which we are dispatching the product. Then you can track your product's status by going to the courier's website and using your unique tracking code there.

How to return or exchange the product?
SHIPPING POLICY:
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 1-5 working days of the order. However, in some exceptional cases, it may take longer, up to 7–10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores.
- If you are from Balangir city, your products can be delivered very fast within few hours (or within 1-2 days). If you are from other cities, it will take 3 to 5+ days for delivery.
- We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

EXCHANGE POLICY/RETURN POLICY:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction while purchasing from us. We will 100% ensure that the right genuine product will be delivered to you at the right time. But in rare cases, sometimes due to some human errors or courier's fault, you may receive wrong or faulty product. In that case you can easily return or exchange this item with us.
Please note our exchange/return policy as follows:
- Please make a video recording while unpacking the product after delivery (IMPORTANT). So that if you receive an incorrect or faulty product, you can use that video as proof to request an exchange or return. In this case, you can contact us for a return/exchange within 1–7 days of receiving the product Balangir And we will help you with a smooth exchange or return of the product.
- Please note that we do not allow returns or exchanges in the case where you change your mind or do not like the product. Only if the product is wrong or faulty upon delivery, we allow for a return or exchange.
- For a smooth return or exchange, please keep the products unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging with the original invoice or bill.
- Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of product delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How do I claim a warranty if I run into any problems with my product?
If your product comes under the manufacturer's warranty policy, we will help/guide you to claim it in case you run into any problems. Most of the time, you need to reach the nearest service center of the product manufacturer with your warranty card or bill and they will take care of it.

There is 2 ways to redeem your cashback points.
1) You can redeem it by additional discounts while purchasing anything from us online.
For this, after adding your products to the cart, go to the Cart Page. There is a option of Partial Payment. There you will can convert your cashback points to discounts as per current conversion rate.
2) You can directly withdraw your points to cash. For this go to “Withdraw Points“ page. There add your payment information 1st. Then apply for withdraw. You will receive your money within 7 working days as per current conversion rate.
17) How to use the partial payment?
You can find and use the partial payment option on the cart page only.
Terms & condition of using partial payment:
- For each 100 points, you will get a discount of ₹10 rupees.
- You can redeem a maximum of 10% of your points in each order session.

You can find your required product easily by using the search options. Go to the search option & type in your product name. Then you will find your products in the search results.
If you are unable to find your required product, then try different search terms. Still, if you are unable to find it, then we may not have listed that product on our website.
