2. If you are from Balangir city, your products can be delivered very fast within few hours (or within 1-2 days). If you are from other cities, it will take 3 to 5+ days for delivery.
     
3. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
     
4. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
     
5. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
     
6. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

EXCHANGE POLICY/RETURN POLICY:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction while purchasing from us. We will 100% ensure that the right genuine product will be delivered to you at the right time. But in rare cases, sometimes due to some human errors or courier's fault, you may receive wrong or faulty product. In that case you can easily return or exchange this item with us.

Please note our exchange/return policy as follows:

So that if you receive an incorrect or faulty product, you can use that video as proof to request an exchange or return. 4. Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of product delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
